How to order

Your clip in six steps – easy with BIZZclips:

Step 1 – Ordering your clip
Select the requested product in the correct quantity from our assortment. Click “order”. You will enter the page “Your order”. As a new customer you will need to type in your email address. Click “further”.

Step 2 – Providing us with your order information
Please type the country to which your order and invoice will be sent. You will then enter a page where your order will be shown again. Here you are requested to type in all details concerning invoice and delivery address. This is necessary for correct order processing.
As we deliver from The Netherlands and no VAT (value added tax) is charged, we require your VAT-identification number. If, however, you cannot provide it, please contact us. It is not possible to order in our webshop without this number. 

Step 3 – Receiving your confirmation
After having received all your data, we will send the orderconfirmation to the email address provided. If you are a new customer, you will also receive a password, with which you can check the status of your current orders, makes changes or place a new order.

Step 4 – Sending us your logo
In order to provide the best printing results, we require your logo in eps- or ai-format (either made up in Photoshop or Acrobat Illustrator). Please send your data together with your ordernumber (which you will receive in our confirmation mail) to info@bizzclips.com
However, if your logo has a different format, don’t worry. Just mail it to us. We will then contact you to discuss the possibilities.

Step 5 – Receiving a pdf
We will check your data and make a print proposal and send a pdf to the email address provided. After having received your print approval, we will immediately start the production. In case of objections, we will revise the layout and resend it.

Step 6 – Receiving your merchandise
After a short production time, your merchandise will be sent to you directly ex works by UPS. We ask you to settle the invoice - which will be sent by separate post- within 14 days after receipt.
You can now easily place a repeat order or a new order: just log in with your email address and password and all your data will appear on the screen.

Have you forgotten your password?
No problem! Just log in with your email address on our homepage under “My account” and ask for your password. We will then send it to that email address, and you can continue placing your order.
